Lighthouse Christian Community (LCC) has started a ministry to the jail management, staff and jailguards at Paranaque City Jail. The once-a-month seminar is aimed at transforming values through the word of God. This Values Formation Seminar series was conceived by Bro. Ramon Yap of LCC and JO1 Virgie Mangawit, Inmates Welfare and Development Officer of Paranaque City Jail.

The first seminar was conducted last July 15, 2011 with Dr. Albert Clavo sharing two topics, namely: (1) Recovering morality in the Individual, Family and Society, and (2) The Heart of a Winner.
